With Covid-19 making wellness the new green in terms of real estate development, Oxford Development Co. is touting its new WELL Health-Safety rating from the WELL Building Institute.
The new rating is for the five buildings in the initial phase of 3 Crossings, according to the company, and Oxford is calling the new designation “the first multi-building/multi-tenant campus to achieve the rating in the Pittsburgh region.”
