CMU’s Destenie Nock on Environmental Justice and the Inflation Reduction Act “This is the first time we’re seeing energy justice in a bill like this.”

The Inflation Reduction Act delivered over $60B in support for programs that promote environmental justice. CMU’s Destenie Nock discusses some of the important provisions in the legislation, while suggesting California’s move to ban gasoline-powered cars needs to be matched by a commitment to public transit options.
